By deploying these units in a house I was able to prevent an infected family member from infecting anyone else during the course of a covid illness (of course additional precautions were taken).

Convenient Design In Every Detail

I've been using the Lantern for a couple of months. We invested in it to make it safer for our nephew to visit us. I don't have a way to test how well it performs, but I can say the kit is very thoughtfully designed. It includes adapters for worldwide use, making the Lantern travel-friendly. The extension cord and the ability to relocate the sensor along it is very handy.

The protective case also makes it easy to transport. We took it to the in-laws' home for the holidays and mounted it on a camera tripod above the dish cabinet. (See photo.) Then we had to explain that no, the little purple light wasn't a bug zapper unless those bugs are viruses and bacteria!

There's a lot of information available on this site to explain how it works and how to use it. Also, when I had a question about the Lantern, I received a rapid response with a clear explanation.

For those unfamiliar with this type of light, there is a constant fan noise when it's running. It's not loud but it is noticeable in a quiet room. This keeps the bulb cool, which is essential.

I hope to collect more Nukit Lanterns for complete coverage because I appreciate the design, the convenience, and the accessibility.

Nukit for my home!

I received my very well packaged box with Nukit and accompanying accessories. I am not great at DIY so building up to getting this set up in the New Year as also live with disability and it takes a lot to carry out tasks! I have a drill but walls that can be impenetrable so ordered some picture hooks to perhaps use the rails as they're 8ft up, might work! Hoping one Nukit will be enough to have visitors more safely in future alongside my SmartAirUK HEPA filter SA600. I can only afford one so hoping it does the job in my lounge which is not a big space.
Impressed with the packaging and care put into this product but cannot review fully yet as not set up which may take a while, but have faith in it. Thank you for innovation with this product to help more of us stay safe (Live with mold too so sure it will help with this also) xx

Quality

I don't know how to evaluate the effectiveness of the light (I trust them), but the occupancy sensor is so good I wondered if it was broken. Always triggered faster than I could move to see it turn on. Family was making fun of me because I got out a mirror to make sure it was turning off after everyone left.

Great investment

Got my Nukit Torch (white) a few weeks ago and it was very easy to set up. I really like the occupancy sensor switch (it has different times of how long the Torch stays on after movement is detected).
The Torch is a great addition to my multi-layered protection (HEPA air purifiers, respi, etc) from airborne viruses in household.
